Welcome to Event Snap AI. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Event Snap AI mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Description of Service

Event Snap AI provides AI-powered photo management, enhancement, and distribution services for events. This includes, but is not limited to, facial recognition for photo sorting, automated editing, and real-time gallery sharing.

2. Eligibility and Registration

Age

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum legal age in your country) to use this Service.

Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

3. User Content and AI Processing

Ownership

You retain all ownership rights to the photos and videos you upload ("User Content").

License to Us

By uploading content, you grant Event Snap AI a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, and process your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service (e.g., applying AI filters or identifying faces for sorting).

AI Training

We do not use your private event photos to train our general AI models without your explicit, separate opt-in consent.

4. Biometric Data and Privacy

Because Event Snap AI uses facial recognition technology:

Consent

If you are an event organizer, you represent that you have obtained necessary consent from your guests to process their images.

Data Retention

We retain facial geometry data only as long as necessary to provide the sorting service for your specific event. You may request deletion at any time.

Compliance

You agree to comply with all applicable privacy laws, including the Biometric Information Privacy Act (BIPA) and GDPR.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

Upload content that is illegal, defamatory, or violates the intellectual property of others.
Use the Service to stalk, harass, or invade the privacy of individuals.
Attempt to reverse-engineer the AI models or scrape data from the Service.

6. Payments and Subscriptions

Fees

Certain features require a paid subscription or one-time credits. All fees are non-refundable unless required by law.

Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings; however, access will continue until the end of the current billing cycle.

7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

"As Is" Basis

The Service is provided without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that AI-generated results (like automated edits or tagging) will be 100% accurate.

Limitation

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Event Snap AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or if we cease providing the Service.

9. Changes to Terms

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
