2. How We Use Your Information
We use the data we collect primarily to deliver a seamless and magical event photo experience. Specific uses include:
Service Delivery
Using AI facial recognition to instantly locate, filter, and deliver event photos that feature your face.

Sending you gallery links, account updates, notifications about your photos, and customer support messages.
Security and Fraud Prevention
Protecting our platform from unauthorized access and ensuring the privacy and integrity of event galleries.
Our Pledge on AI Training: Your biometric data and reference photos are generated and used solely for the purpose of matching you to event galleries. We do not use your personal images or biometric data to train public AI models or external machine learning algorithms.
3. Consent and Biometric Data Handling
Because we process facial geometry, we treat your biometric data with the highest level of security and care.
Explicit Consent
We will only collect, process, and store your facial geometry after obtaining your explicit, affirmative opt-in consent.
Retention and Destruction
Your biometric data is retained only for as long as necessary to fulfill the service. By default, reference photos and associated biometric data are permanently deleted from our active systems [insert Timeframe, e.g. 30 days after the event gallery expires] or when you explicitly request deletion, whichever comes first.

EventSnap.ai is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 18 without parental consent. We do not knowingly collect biometric data from children. If an event involves minors, the Event Organizer is responsible for obtaining verifiable parental or guardian consent before utilizing our AI identification services. If we become aware that we have collected data from a minor without proper consent, we will delete it immediately.
